With 13 years of experience, Pacerini Arquitetura has already carried out several residential, commercial, corporate, hotel and urban transport projects.
The process for carrying out these projects has always been based on following the existing legislation and offering total security for the built structure. After these two factors were properly consolidated, we started the exterior and interior design of the building.
We listen to the customer’s wishes and offer the most contemporary in the market, in terms of structure and coating, following the most advanced technical and quality standards. We offer a more humane, practical and efficient architecture, without giving up elegance.
Who does the office?
The office was formed by Bruno Pacerini Moreno, Architect, graduated by Mackenzie, studied Project Management and Structural Systems at POLI and Building Technology at Universidad Politécnica Catalunya in Barcelona, Residential and hotel lighting (Philips do Brasil) and other several software courses focused on architecture.
Specializing in residential, comercial and corporate, he leads a multidisciplinary team of surveyors, civil engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, design and other professionals related to civil construction, whose purpose is always to extract the full potential of each work.

Professional Experiences
The professional experiences I had were applied through opportunities that with Unibanco, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco do Brasil, the Accor chain of hotels, the Fundação Patrimônio Histórico da Energia e Saneamento that includes (Sabesp, Cesp, Eletropaulo, Comgás), to some architecture offices and private clients. Always designing and supervising the execution of projects, which provided me with direct contact with all the basic infrastructure present in an environment that aims to meet a great demand.
As a freelance professional, I executed projects and renovation works for some residences, corporate offices and a consulting room, among others, being able to reformulate, in partnership with a team of engineers and technicians, all structural, hydraulic, electrical, coating, roofing and finishing systems the same.
