Proposal Preparation

After carrying out the data collection, in loco, it is time to prepare technical drawings, such as floor plans, cuts, elevations and details. This creation will serve as a basis for the layout study. The graphic record allows a better understanding of all the geometric, constructive and dimensional complexity of the building.

After finishing the survey, the layout proposal (before the project) and some 3D images will be assembled, subject to the client’s wishes and the technical feasibility of the responsible architect. The 3D images will help to convey security and confidence to the client that the project will really look the way he imagined, bring it closer to reality and make it easier to test new ideas.
