Before the elaboration of the Preliminary Study, the Draft, the Legal Project and the Executive Project, by which the construction will be conceived and oriented until the end, it is necessary to carry out the Architectural Survey. This step is therefore very important. In it, we will measure the ‘as built’ building, that is, as built, with the exception of structures and systems that are not apparent. All of these notes will be done manually on paper, then converted into a real project.
These collected data will later be represented graphically in floor plans and elevations. All of this will be used in architectural, structural, hydraulic and electrical projects, in calculations of areas, volumes, loads, among others.
